Miner Connection & Technical FAQ

Everything you need to know about connecting your rigs to the REALNO.TECH proxy node.

💻 XMRig (Windows / Linux) RECOMMENDED

Simply run the command line executable with your custom worker identifier:

xmrig -o realno.tech:3333 -u YOUR_WORKER_NAME -p x

Alternatively, update your config.json:

"pools": [
    {
        "url": "realno.tech:3333",
        "user": "YOUR_WORKER_NAME",
        "pass": "x",
        "tls": false,
        "keepalive": true
    }
]

📱 Mobile / HiveOS / SRBMiner MULTI-PLATFORM

SRBMiner-MULTI Command:

SRBMiner-MULTI --algorithm randomx --pool realno.tech:3333 --wallet YOUR_WORKER

HiveOS Flight Sheet:

  • Coin: XMR (RandomX)
  • Pool: Configure in miner
  • Pool Server: realno.tech:3333
  • Pass: x

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need to specify -k or --nicehash in my miner?

No! The REALNO.TECH proxy engine automatically handles Stratum protocol encapsulation on the server side. Whether you connect standard XMRig or custom mining software, the proxy translates jobs and hashes seamlessly. You only need the standard connection URL and your worker identifier.

2. How does the proxy handle low-hashrate miners (e.g. 50–200 H/s)?

Direct pool mining with low-power CPUs often causes shares to be lost or timed out due to high pool difficulty. Our proxy node runs dynamic custom difficulty down to 1000 for weak clients while maintaining a steady high difficulty upstream. This ensures that every hash computed by even the smallest mobile or desktop CPU is acknowledged without any stale work.

3. What is the fee structure and share accounting?

The platform operates on a transparent 1.0% maintenance fee model. 99.0% of all accepted shares and corresponding pool rewards are credited directly to your worker account. The 1% fee covers 10Gbps dedicated network uplinks, enterprise DDoS mitigation, and low-jitter stratum proxy servers.

4. Where is the server hosted and what is the typical latency?

The primary stratum node is hosted in a tier-3 datacenter in Frankfurt, Germany (Hi-CPU tier on Ubuntu 24.04). Average ping latency across Europe is 5–15 ms, 70–90 ms from the US East Coast, and 120 ms from Asia.

5. What algorithm is active?

The engine runs on rx/0 (RandomX), the ASIC-resistant Proof-of-Work algorithm optimized for modern multi-core x86_64 CPUs (AMD Ryzen 3000/5000/7000/9000 and Intel Core/Xeon series) as well as 64-bit ARM processors.
